My first client: a railway maintenance workshop
Every intervention there produces a handwritten repair order: parts, labour, vehicle, signatures. Everything used to be retyped by hand — backlogs of 50 to 150 documents. Today, the system I built does the heavy lifting, and a human keeps the final say.
A batch of 57 repair orders, which used to mean two days of retyping, is now delivered in a single session — checked document by document.

My name is Deepak Ramguttee. For years, retyping workshop documents was part of my daily routine: handwritten repair orders, references to decipher, prices to find, backlogs piling up.
One day I'd had enough and built a system to automate my own job. AI reading the scans, cross-checking against the rate database, filling the official template. It worked beyond my expectations — two days of work now fits into one session, and nothing goes out unchecked.
